Use this form to Reserve a Dealer Table at the convention or make a donation. Table sizes are Single - 6FT ($500), Double - 12FT ($800), Corner - 18FT ($1000). Deposit due on submission (by 31 January), Full payment can be done at submission or BY 15 June 2024. This form is dynamic and questions may change depending on your responses as you fill in the form.

Please note electrical outlets on the perimeter of the room and in electrical boxes embedded in the floor are available for dealer use at no charge, however dealers must supply appropriate CSA approved extension cords, and lighting. Table coverings will also be provided.
While every effort will be made to accommodate booth requests, they cannot be guaranteed. Should your choice above not be possible, we will be in touch to discuss alternatives. The floor plan and booth assignments will be developed as paid requests are received. If you wish to make a specific request, please contact the Bourse Chairman.
